Summer SA Family Meet-ups

July 15th & August 19th

We are excited to host two exciting playground playdates this summer at the SA playground! These gatherings are a fantastic opportunity for our children to stay connected and have fun over the summer break. No childcare will be provided, so we kindly ask that you plan to accompany and supervise your students throughout these events.

End of Year Picnic

Friday, June 9th, 5:30-7:30pm

Let’s celebrate a great school year! The PTO is hosting an End of Year Picnic on the SA back field and gardens. Bring yourself, your family, and a peanut-free, sesame-free dish to share if you are able. Get ready to enjoy some live music from the Stoop Jam Sittin’ Band!

Fundraising Success!

The Pancake Breakfast and Silent Auction was a massive success. We raised over $7,500! Many thanks to everyone who showed up to be part of the event and to all those who contributed large and small!

SA Book Fair at Phoenix Books

Come watch the SA spring play!

Monday, April 17th, 5:30pm

The SA spring play performance is coming up on Monday, April 17th at 5:30pm at the ONE Center, 20 Allen St. The performance is free and open to the public.

Monarchs! is a sweet tale of Monarch butterflies migrating and bringing wonder to children in multiple countries. Come out and support all the hard work SA students have put into this production!

SA Spring Play: Monarchs!

The annual SA spring play is back, and the PTO is sponsoring it! Partnering with Very Merry Theater, we have a group of volunteers working hard to make this event happen. We could use a little help to ensure a smooth and amazing experience for our students. Please review the available volunteer opportunities and sign up using the link provided if you are able to help.

Volunteer Needs:

  • Spend 15 minutes at dismissal on Monday and/or Thursday helping walk students from SA down to the ONE Community Center.
  • Join the Stage Crew on Mondays and/or Thursdays to help them create props, choose costumes, and build sets.

Hannaford Helps Program

Now through May 27th

You can help SA raise money just by doing your grocery shopping. Right now through May 27th, when you buy 4 participating products at Hannafords, you’ll earn 3 “school dollars.” Place these in the collection tower inside the store, and they will be distributed evenly to all participating schools. You can also download the app to have your dollars go directly to SA. Find out more on the Hannaford Helps website.
